Potential difficulty: My recipient vehicle is a 2.5L. I did my best to save it, changed his fluids, fed him all the Lucas transmission fix it could take, replaced a solenoid when it seemed to be losing TCC pressure, but in the end his poor torque converter couldn't take it anymore, it was losing its slip fast. This outlet hose returns the coolant to the system when the engine cools.The wife's tranny has died. The expansion tank has an outlet hose which is connected into the coolant circuit.
